Project team working together in an open office
Careers

Small team, real ownership.

We stay deliberately small and give people whole problems rather than slices of them.

The work

What you'd actually be doing.

Our engagements are long and specific. You'll work one project deeply rather than fifteen at arm's length, and you'll see the result — because the result is a number we report every week.

The work spans client sites, developer offices, and presentation centres. It's not fully remote and it isn't a desk job.

Whole problems

You own an engagement end to end rather than a task inside someone else's.

Direct client contact

Everyone is in the room with the developer. No layers between the work and the person paying for it.

Documented practice

We write down how we do things, so learning here compounds instead of evaporating.
