NorthForge Partners is not a licensed real estate brokerage and does not provide trading services as defined by the Real Estate Services Act (British Columbia).

All transaction representation — including the solicitation of purchasers or tenants and the negotiation of agreements — is performed by licensed brokerages engaged directly by our clients. Nothing on this site should be interpreted as an offer to provide trading services.

You may view and use this site for legitimate business purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, interfere with the operation of the site, scrape content for commercial purposes, or use the site to transmit unlawful material.
